Last updated: June 5, 2026

1. Overview

These terms apply to the public Eunora website, private-beta application, stay-informed form, and where applicable, invite-only private beta access. Eunora is a private-beta project and may change as the product and operating model mature.

2. Current project status

Eunora is currently operated as a private-beta project. Operator and legal entity details may be updated as the project structure formalizes. This page does not include placeholder company, address, registration, or governing-law details.

3. Who Eunora is for

Eunora is designed for mental health professionals and clinical teams evaluating clinical memory and documentation continuity workflows. It is not intended for direct client use.

4. Private beta access

Access is limited, manually reviewed, and not guaranteed. Accepted users may receive onboarding instructions. Eunora may pause, limit, modify, or end beta access for security, operational, product, or beta-management reasons.

5. Professional responsibility

Eunora supports clinical memory, organization, documentation context, and continuity. It does not replace professional judgment. Professionals remain responsible for clinical interpretation, decisions, and appropriate use.

6. No emergency or crisis use

The Eunora public website and beta workspace are not emergency or crisis services. Do not use Eunora for urgent risk, crisis, or emergency communication.

7. No diagnosis, treatment, or autonomous decision-making

Eunora is not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, autonomous risk classification, or automated clinical decisions.

8. Appropriate use

Users must use Eunora lawfully, professionally, and responsibly. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized data. Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.

9. Public forms

Public forms are only for private-beta requests, product updates, and general contact. Do not submit client-identifying or sensitive clinical details through public forms.

10. Accounts and access

If accepted into beta, users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using access only as authorized. Access may be revoked or limited for security, misuse, or beta operations.

11. Beta changes and availability

Features may change during beta. Availability is not guaranteed. Data export, deletion, and support processes may evolve as the beta product and operations mature.

12. Feedback

Users may choose to provide feedback about Eunora. Eunora may use that feedback to understand needs, improve the product, and refine workflows without creating a compensation obligation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

13. Intellectual property

The Eunora website, brand, product design, text, and interface materials belong to the Eunora project/team or relevant rights holders. Users retain responsibility and any applicable rights for their own submitted content, subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy

Use of Eunora is also described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

Eunora is a beta product provided as-is and as-available to the extent legally permitted. These terms are intended to be practical public terms for a private-beta prototype and should not be read as legal advice or a final compliance position.

16. Ending participation

Users may request to leave the beta. Where applicable, they may request export or deletion of their data. Eunora will review and handle requests in light of beta operations, security needs, and any technical or legal constraints.

17. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated as Eunora's project, product, infrastructure, and legal structure evolve.
