Eunora legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains, at a high level, how Eunora handles information across the public website, private-beta application, stay-informed forms, and beta workspace use where applicable.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Overview
Eunora is a private-beta clinical memory workspace for mental health professionals. It is designed to support continuity, documentation context, and careful clinical organization.
This policy is intended to be readable public information, not legal advice and not a formal compliance certification.
2. Current project status
Eunora is currently operated as a private-beta project. Operator and legal entity details may be updated as the project structure formalizes.
3. What this policy covers
This policy covers the public marketing website, private-beta application and stay-informed forms, communications with applicants and beta participants, and private beta workspace use where applicable.
4. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with Eunora, we may collect contact details submitted through public forms, such as name and email, professional or organization context submitted by the applicant, and optional role, country, or update-preference fields.
We may also process technical and security logs needed to maintain and protect the service, private beta account and workspace information if you are accepted into beta, and clinical or client information only if entered by accepted beta participants inside the private beta workspace. Public marketing forms are not intended for clinical or client-identifying information.
5. Information you should not submit through public forms
Do not submit client-identifying, sensitive clinical, crisis, emergency, diagnostic, treatment, or similar content through public website forms. Public forms are for private-beta applications, product updates, and general contact only.
6. How we use information
We may use information to manually review private-beta requests, contact applicants, send occasional updates when consented, operate and secure the private beta, debug and improve the service, support accepted participants, and maintain records necessary for security and operational continuity.
7. Legal basis and consent
Where relevant, processing may be based on your request or communication with Eunora, your consent to receive updates, security and operational needs, and the beta relationship where applicable.
This explanation is intentionally cautious and high level. It should not be read as a claim of full regulatory compliance or as a substitute for legal review.
8. How we share information
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Limited service providers may process information for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security, or support purposes.
Because Eunora is still in private beta, provider details may evolve. We do not include a placeholder processor list here.
9. International processing
Infrastructure or service providers may process information in different jurisdictions. Exact operational details may be updated as Eunora's project structure and infrastructure mature.
10. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, beta operations, security, legal or operational records, or until a deletion request is reasonably fulfilled.
People who receive product updates can unsubscribe or request removal. Private beta data deletion or export requests should be handled by contacting Eunora unless a self-service option is available in the beta workspace.
11. Security
Eunora is designed with privacy-conscious and security-oriented practices, including access control and careful handling of sensitive surfaces where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and Eunora does not claim security certifications on this page.
12. Marketing website analytics
Eunora uses Google Analytics 4 only on marketing website pages served from eunora.app. Analytics loads only after Statistics consent is granted through Cookiebot. Activity on beta.eunora.app and within the private-beta workspace is outside this measurement scope.
Eunora measures, in aggregate, which referral sources, channels, or tagged campaigns bring visitors to the marketing website, which pages they view, and how they generally engage with the site. This may include the referring website and standard campaign parameters such as utm_id, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_source_platform, utm_term, and utm_content.
After Statistics consent, Google Analytics may process the viewed page and page title, referring website, session and engagement information, consented cookie or session identifiers, and limited technical information such as browser, device, screen resolution, and approximate geographic location, depending on the applicable Google Analytics settings.
Other URL query parameters and fragments are excluded from analytics measurement. Form-field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, professional or clinical information, and private-beta workspace activity are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through Cookiebot’s privacy control. Google may process the consented measurement as the analytics service provider.
13. Your choices and requests
You may contact Eunora to request access, correction, deletion, export, or unsubscribe where applicable. We will review requests in light of the beta context, security needs, and operational constraints.
14. Automated decision-making
Private beta access is reviewed manually. Eunora is not intended to make autonomous clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or risk classifications.
15. Children
The public website and beta access are intended for adults and professionals, not children.
16. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, project structure, infrastructure, and legal posture evolve.
17. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@eunora.app.
